We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Custom or made-to-order products

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/item was sent.
• To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
